designed this luxury beachhouse retreat where they could enjoy the
sun and surf in style.
The cottage features a master bedroom with a king size bed, a gas-lit fireplace, a wall-mounted plasma televesion w/ dvd player and ample closet space. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, built-in bureau and ample closet space. The third bedroom features two bunk beds (both bottom bunks are double beds). The room also features a loft and ample closet space. The bathroom is cathredal and skylit featuring a double sink with granite countertops, a 36" shower and full laundry. The kitchen and family room constitute one open cathredal skylit space. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel built-in appliances, full cabinetry and granite countertops. The eat-in area seats six comfortably. The family room features a double sided gas fireplace, seating for eight and an entertainment center complete with a large flat screen television, dvd and vcr. The large spacious deck opens up through the family room slider and features a sunken hottub for eight people, deck furniture to accomodate 12 people plus and a private outdoor enclosed shower and changing area which allows passage to the main house bathroom. The deck empties on to a large, level and private sodded back yard with sprinkler system and landscaping by a landscape architect. The beach is quoted to be "one of the best and most beautiful beaches in the world". This private beach allows you to enjoy a magnificent white sand beach and lounge in ocean water heated by its flow over sun drenched tidal flats. Best of all, it's private and it's 300 yards away, thereby avoiding the crowd of public beaches and the nuisance of driving and parking. It is also one of the safest and cleanest beaches anywhere. Dennis, named the All American Town in 1978, is located in the middle of the Cape and remains small and delightful to visit. All Cape attractions are easily accessible from this central location with tennis and golf courses only minutes away. The first Summer Theater in America, The Cape Playhouse, is just down the street, as well as scores of antique shops, fine clothing stores, art galleries, superb restaurants, a marine aquarium & park, harbors with boat launching, rental & charter facilities. There are two fine restaurants within walking distance. We have two PGA certified golf courses, plus public and private tennis within three miles. The Cape Cod bike trail (a lovely 21 mile trail along salt marshes,lakes, ponds, cranberry bog and sand dunes) starts in Dennis. Tobey Farm (oldest family farm on cape cod) is two miles away. The Johnny Kelly Recreation Area, named after the famous Boston Marathoner who makes his home in this "All American Town Of Dennis" is only five miles away. This recreation area has a life course, jogging trail, basketball and handball courts along with baseball, softball and soccer fields. No pets allowed - 8
